There was always consistent communication with honest and realistic expectations which was great for me being a first time homeowner. I recommend them in a heartbeat.

 “Mr. Bob”, as our kids have called him for 15+ years is absolutely one of the best. Best realtor and just all around best person, in general. He will go above and beyond to help you buy or sell (we have done both with him) and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

Bob helped us feel at ease while buying our first home. We hit quite a few bumps in the road, and I mean more than most first-time homebuyers, but Bob was reassuring, calm, and persistent throughout the process. Without Bob, I don't think my husband and I would have made it through our very long, unpredictable, home-buying process and we probably would have given up.

Life happens and when we got ready to sell our house, we knew we had to give Gail a call, and she was just as fantastic as Bob. Gail walked us through the process and made sure we understood exactly what we were doing and what everything meant. She was quick to respond and helped the process run seamlessly.

Both Bob and Gail were always there to answer our questions, at any time of day and were quick to make sure things got done. We are so thankful we used Bob and Gail to help us with our home purchasing and selling needs.

 Bob was amazing to work with. He was so personable and attentive to our wants and needs. He was there ready to answer all our questions whether they were legitimate or paranoia. When problems arose with the title, he was on top of things and handled the situation quickly and effectively while we panicked.

Our situation was unique as Dollar General was buying our property which presented deadlines and extensions causing uncertain closing dates. Bob, with his knowledge, knew just how to approach the seller with these issues and get the extensions we needed.
